Braids for men
Warrior braids = a Viking look.
Just a few years ago, guys with long hair were resigned simply to the man bun, or to just let their locks hang around their shoulders as nature intended.
Now, there are many more styles to take advantage of. That’s where braids for men come in. Yep, they're not just for the women in your life: braids have always been unisex. Braid styles for men are so easy to do and instantly add a little jazz to your hairstyle.
Whether you go extreme and use French braids to make your man bun look really unique, or simply add warrior-esque ropes to you hair, you'll stand out.
How it began
Men’s braids have been around for thousands of years, from the loose, long-flowing braids of Celts and Vikings to Samurai warriors who wore their braids much neater, piled on top of their heads.
For guys with long hair, just having one or two braids can really switch your style up. It’s a strong, ready-for-anything look.

LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS
You want to start with a tangle-free mane. Use a brush to detangle your hair.
Apply Axe Natural Look: Softening Cream to keep things smooth.
Choose three or four sections to braid. Make sure they're not too symmetrical or close together.
Split each section into three pieces. Wrap one side across the middle piece. Repeat.
Secure each braid with a thin hair band. Backcomb ends for a wilder style.
